Job summary

IMI plc in Lake Forest, CA, seeks a senior finance leader to oversee controllership, process development, and financial reporting for the CCI SoCal site, a $200m business serving global customers. Hybrid work arrangement.

The role leads a team of finance professionals, partners with operations to improve working capital, manages intercompany, tax, payroll, and audits, and drives standard costing, expensing, and compliance under GAAP and IFRS.

Qualifications

• Experience in project-based, highly engineered manufacturing businesses.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
• 10-15 years’ experience in financial management and leadership roles in large multinational industrial/manufacturing.
• MBA or CPA and relevant finance certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate reporting of financial performance for the site.
• Lead standard costing, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
• Manage tax, payroll, and intercompany activities across sites.
• Oversee audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
• Partner with operations to improve working capital and cash flow.
• Develop and implement internal controls and policy documentation.
