Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing finance or cost accounting experience.
• Strong product costing, inventory accounting, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Partner with plant leadership to drive profitability and operational performance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost-setting processes.
• Oversee product costing, inventory management, and financial reporting accuracy.
• Analyze cost variances and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support monthly close, margin analysis, and manufacturing expense tracking.
• Evaluate capital investments including ROI and cost savings initiatives.
