Qualifications

• Eight+ years of professional accounting/finance experience; at least five in a managerial role.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and proficiency with automated accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate books for the company and client companies.
• Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and analyses; participate in Board/Management meetings.
• Establish and enforce internal controls; manage budgeting and cash flow.
• Lead staff, provide training, and develop personnel; promote organizational development.
• Oversee year-end audits and tax coordination with independent accountants.
