Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
5+ years of progressive accounting experience with supervisory responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
Proficiency with accounting/ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
Experience managing month-end close and financial statement preparation.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage all general ledger activity and ensure accuracy of chart of accounts.
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed-asset accounting.
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with timely, accurate results.
Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and management reports.
Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Supervise staff and drive continuous accounting process improvements.
