Job summary

Roeslein & Associates is seeking an Enterprise Controller to lead day-to-day accounting across a multi-entity domestic and international organization. Reporting to the CFO, this role oversees the monthly close, reconciliations, internal controls, and accounting team development to sustain growth.

The ideal candidate will partner with Operations, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, IT, and Financial Reporting to ensure accurate data, audit readiness, and timely financial reporting in a project-based environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership.
• Experience in multi-entity, project-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise accounting operations across multiple domestic and international entities.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and reconciliations.
• Ensure internal controls, policy compliance, and audit readiness.
• Partner with FP&A, treasury, tax, IT and operations to support project-based visibility.
• Drive process improvements and ERP system enhancements (Oracle).
