Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a seasoned Controller to lead the company’s accounting infrastructure and strategic financial direction. Reporting to the VP of Finance, you will oversee key finance operations, institutionalize performance metrics, and advise executive leadership to support sustained growth.

You will oversee tax compliance, annual audits, and financial reporting, collaborating with FP&A to analyze regional trends and ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or business-related field.
• CPA preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive accounting experience, including a minimum of 3 years public accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing corporate finance and accounting organization with KPI-driven performance.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements.
• Research, document, and implement guidance on complex technical accounting issues and regulatory standards.
