Roeslein, a St. Louis-based, employee-owned global EPC company, seeks an Enterprise Controller to provide strategic leadership for its accounting organization across domestic and international entities.

Reporting to the CFO, you will tighten financial visibility, oversee closing, consolidations, and internal controls while partnering with finance, operations, and executive leadership to drive growth. The ideal candidate has CPA, 12+ years of progressive accounting leadership, and experience in

Qualifications

CPA strongly preferred.
12+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience.
Experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller, Director of Accounting, or similar senior role in a complex multi-entity organization.
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, consolidations, internal controls and audit support.

Responsibilities

Lead accounting operations across domestic and international entities.
Oversee monthly close, consolidations, financial reporting and internal controls.
Develop and mentor regional and project accounting leaders.
Partner with operations to improve project accounting, cost visibility, and financial performance.
Collaborate with FP&A, treasury, tax, IT, and executive leadership to improve financial insight.
