Job summary

Körber Pharma Packaging AG is seeking a Senior Controller, Consulting Supply Chain in the United States to lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for Consulting and Supply Chain functions. You will partner with Operations, Procurement, Project Management, and Engineering to drive profitability and strategic decision making.

You will develop financial models, analyze variances and KPIs, and present insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• 8+ years in Controlling, FP&A, or related finance function.
• Experience with supply chain, operations, manufacturing, or project-based businesses.
• Experience partnering with leadership and influencing senior management.
• Knowledge of project accounting and service profitability analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning for Consulting and Supply Chain.
• Analyze financial performance, variances, KPIs, and risks; provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Serve as primary finance business partner to Consulting and Supply Chain leadership.
• Develop financial models, business cases, pricing analyses, and investment evaluations.
• Drive cost control and profitability by analyzing labor, project costs, materials, and OPEX.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, forecasts, and executive analyses.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, controls, and audits.
• Support M&A, digital transformation, and continuous improvement of finance processes.
