Job summary

A global packaging and manufacturing provider seeks a Senior Director, Global Corporate Controller to lead enterprise financial governance and global controllership. Reporting to the CFO, you will partner with finance leadership and the business to drive transparent, reliable information and disciplined decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of progressive finance experience with strong controllership, consolidation, and financial reporting in a global multi-entity environment.
• Public accounting experience at a top-tier level is required.
• Experience with financial systems/ERP, BI, data environments, and automation (AI exposure preferred).
• Travel of approximately 15% is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead global consolidation, financial reporting, and governance standards across regions.
• Drive consistent accounting policies and reporting discipline across the organization.
• Oversee financial risk and internal control effectiveness; support external stakeholder engagement and financial due diligence.
• Establish financial data governance and shape ERP/reporting structures for scalable operations.
• Partner with IT to develop financial systems architecture and data frameworks, including reporting automation and AI enhancements.
• Drive cash, working capital, capital and financing discipline with treasury collaboration.
• Lead M&A integration and readiness for potential change-of-control events; drive continuous process improvement.
