Job summary

Körber Supply Chain Group in the United States seeks a Senior Controller for Consulting and Supply Chain to lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. You will partner with senior leadership to drive performance, provide data-driven insights, and support strategic initiatives across functions.

You will develop financial models, analyze variances and KPIs, and ensure governance and compliance while enabling proactive management of risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in finance or related field.
• MBA/CPA/CMA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience in Controlling, FP&A or finance business partnering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning for Consulting and Supply Chain functions.
• Analyze financial performance, variances, trends, KPIs and risks, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Serve as primary finance business partner to Consulting and Supply Chain leadership for strategic decisions.
• Develop financial models, business cases, pricing analyses, and investment evaluations for initiatives.
• Drive cost control and profitability improvements by analyzing labor, project profitability, materials, and working capital.
• Prepare and present management reports, dashboards, forecasts, and executive analyses with accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls and audit support.
• Support strategic initiatives including mergers & acquisitions, digital transformation and process improvements.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Business Administration or related field

MBA / CPA / CMA or equivalent certification preferred
