Job summary

GH Engage is supporting a leading infrastructure investor with the build-out of a portfolio company focused on data center and digital infrastructure. The role targets Analysts, Associates and VPs from Investment Banking and infrastructure finance who want to move closer to asset-level execution.

The opportunity offers exposure to capital deployment, project finance, and financing strategy, working with senior leadership as the platform scales.

Qualifications

• Experience in infrastructure or digital infrastructure investment banking or advisory.
• Background in financing, advising, or investing in large-scale contracted assets.
• Willingness to work on capital deployment, financing strategy and platform growth.

Responsibilities

• Advise on or structure project and infrastructure finance transactions.
• Support capital deployment and financing strategy for large-scale data center projects.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive investment decisions and growth.

As the business continues to deploy significant capital across large-scale data center, power and AI infrastructure projects, it is expanding its finance team across:

• Capital Markets
• Project / Infrastructure Finance
• Corporate Development
• Investments
• Strategic Finance

We are particularly interested in speaking with Analysts, Associates and VPs from Investment Banking and infrastructure finance backgrounds who are interested in moving closer to the asset and into an operator-side environment.

Direct data center experience is not essential. Experience financing, advising on or investing in large-scale infrastructure and contracted assets can translate extremely well.
