Job summary

GH Engage is partnering with a leading infrastructure investor to support the build-out of two data center portfolio companies in Charlotte, NC. The roles span Capital Markets, Project/Infrastructure Finance, Structured Finance, Corporate Development, Investments, and Asset Management, from Analyst to VP level.

We are seeking candidates with experience in Project Finance, CRE Finance, or related fields across banks, lenders, or credit platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Finance or Structured Finance at a bank or lender.
• Real Estate Credit or CRE Finance experience at banks or credit funds.
• Capital Markets, Treasury or Structured Finance in data center or digital infrastructure operator.
• Investments, Underwriting or Corporate Development in operators or infrastructure funds.
• Power & Utilities / Energy Finance exposure.
• REIT or Real Assets Finance experience.

We are supporting a leading infrastructure investor with the build-out of two of its data center portfolio companies, one an established, institutionally backed operator with an active capital markets program, the other a newly capitalized platform being built from the ground up.

Between the two, finance teams are expanding across:

• Capital Markets
• Project / Infrastructure Finance
• Structured Finance
• Corporate Development
• Investments
• Asset Management

Charlotte is home to some of the deepest project finance, structured finance, and real estate credit benches in the country, and we are particularly interested in speaking with Analysts, Associates, Senior Associates and VPs currently working in these functions at banks, lenders, or credit platforms.

The two platforms suit different moves, which is the point:

• The established operator offers scale, deeper capital markets activity, institutional ownership, and a mature platform behind you
• The new build offers ownership, broader remit, earlier influence, and the chance to help shape a finance function from the start
• If you are on the bank or lender side and want to move closer to the asset, both paths translate extremely well

Relevant experience could include:
