Strategic Finance / Capital Markets - Digital Infrastructure

We are supporting a leading infrastructure investor with the build-out of two of its data center portfolio companies - one an established, institutionally backed operator with an active capital markets program, the other a newly capitalized platform being built from the ground up.

Between the two, finance teams are expanding across:

• Capital Markets
• Project / Infrastructure Finance
• Corporate Development
• Investments
• Strategic Finance
• FP&A / Asset Management

Denver has become one of the strongest operator-side finance markets in the country, and we are particularly interested in speaking with Analysts, Associates, Senior Associates and Managers currently working at data center platforms, digital infrastructure operators, or infrastructure funds.

The two platforms suit different moves, which is the point:

• The established operator offers scale - deeper capital markets activity, institutional ownership, and a mature platform behind you
• The new build offers ownership - broader remit, earlier influence, and the chance to help shape a finance function from the start
• And if you are at a bank, lender or fund and want to move closer to the asset, both paths translate extremely well

Relevant experience could include:

• Capital Markets, Treasury or Structured Finance at a data center or digital infrastructure operator
• Investments, Underwriting or Corporate Development at an operator or infrastructure fund
• FP&A, Development Finance or Asset Management on large-scale infrastructure
• Project Finance or Infrastructure Finance at a bank or lender
• Power & Utilities / Energy Finance
• REIT or Real Assets Finance
