Job summary

GH Engage is supporting a leading infrastructure investor with the build-out of two data center portfolio companies, one established and one newly capitalized platform. Roles offer exposure to senior leadership and live transactions as both platforms scale.

We are particularly interested in Analysts, Associates and VPs in Chicago who have experience across infrastructure, energy, real assets or complex financing transactions and are open to transitioning closer to the underlying assets.

Qualifications

• Experience across infrastructure, energy, real assets or complex financing transactions.
• Analysts, Associates and VPs in Chicago.
• Candidates from banks, lenders, advisory teams or investment funds are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Move onto the principal/operator side, working on capital deployment and financing strategy.
• Exposure to live transactions as the platforms scale.
• Collaborate with senior leadership across both portfolio companies.
