We are supporting a leading infrastructure investor with the finance build-out across two of its data center portfolio companies, one an established operator with a mature, multi-asset portfolio, the other a fast-scaling platform bringing its first assets into stabilized operation and building out its asset management and finance function as it does.

Between the two, finance teams are expanding across:

• Asset Management
• FP&A
• Corporate Accounting
• Operations Finance
• Strategic Finance

Atlanta has one of the deepest REIT and real assets finance benches in the country, alongside a growing population of data center operator finance talent, and we are particularly interested in speaking with Analysts, Associates, Senior Associates and Managers currently working in asset management, FP&A or corporate accounting at REITs, CRE platforms, or data center operators.

The two platforms suit different moves, which is the point:

• The established operator offers scale, a mature multi-asset portfolio, and a sophisticated reporting and asset management function behind you
• The scaling platform offers the chance to help build the asset management and finance function as its first assets come online, broader remit, and earlier influence
• And if you are at a REIT, CRE platform or real assets manager and want to move closer to a faster-growing asset class, both paths translate well

Relevant experience could include:

• Asset Management or Portfolio/Property Reporting at a REIT, CRE platform or data center operator
• FP&A or Corporate Accounting on large-scale infrastructure or real assets
• Operations Finance or Business Finance supporting an operating platform
• Investments or Acquisitions on real assets or infrastructure
• REIT or Real Assets Finance more broadly, office, industrial, or diversified
