Job summary

GH Engage is supporting a leading infrastructure investor with a rapidly scaling data centre and digital infrastructure platform across the US, seeking finance professionals in Dallas for roles in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Development Finance, Capital Markets, Corporate Development / M&A and Investments.

We welcome candidates from Power/Energy, Telecom Infrastructure, Infrastructure and other asset-heavy sectors, with experience in financial modelling, capital planning and debt financing,

Qualifications

• Financial modelling, forecasting and long-range planning are highlighted as core skills.

• Debt financing and capital raising experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Financial modelling and forecasting to support long-range planning.
• Assess development economics and project economics for new investments.
• Plan capital deployment and manage debt financing activities.
• Contribute to capital raising processes and investor communications.
• Engage in M&A activity and portfolio acquisitions/ dispositions.
• Monitor asset performance and value creation across the portfolio.
• Support senior leadership with strategic decision-making and recommendations.

As the business continues to expand across the US, we are interested in speaking with finance professionals in the Dallas market across:
