Job summary

Bosch Mobility Aftermarket seeks a Manager Business Partner Controller in the U.S. with at least 5 years of financial experience and a Master’s in Finance or related field. The role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional leadership, and solid knowledge of SAP, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance or closely related field; Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive financial experience, ideally with full P&L oversight.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability for the Commercial Goods Business Unit with Brakes Components, Spark Plugs, Rotating Machines, Filters, Batteries and Portfolio Goods in North America.
• Serve as the business partner for regional business unit MA-CG in NA, providing KPI analysis, economic evaluations, and decision proposals.
• Collaborate with plants, marketing, engineering, and purchasing to implement cross-functional measures.
• Conduct business analysis for actuals, forecast, and planning including margin steering and EBIT projections.
• Support growth activities with the Go-to-market organization in the region on the path to Ambition 2030.
• Prepare and present business reports for regional review meetings across all CG Product Areas.
• Coordinate with plant controllers to verify KPI performance and impact on global results.
• Interface with Go-to-source in NA and with international plant network, supporting digitalization and AI use cases.
