• Drive profitability for the Commercial Goods Business Unit in NA.
• Partner with regional unit MA-CG in NA providing KPI analysis and proposals.
• Collaborate with plants, marketing, engineering and purchasing across regions.
• Conduct actual/forecast and planning analyses including margin and EBIT projections.
• Support growth initiatives with the Go-to-market organization in the region.
• Prepare and present business reports for regional reviews.
