Job summary

Robert Bosch Tool Corporation in Mount Prospect, IL, seeks an experienced Sales Business Partner to join the NA Sales organization. You will own end-to-end sales forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis across all customers and Business Units in North America.

The role requires strong analytical skills, autonomy, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. You will lead forecasting, month-end reporting, and deliver actionable insights to Sales leadership while partnering with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
5–7+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, sales controlling, commercial finance, FP&A, or business partnering.
Strong experience in sales forecasting, Month-End reporting, variance analysis, Net Sales analysis, pricing, and commercial performance reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead forecasting across all NA customers and Business Units; collaborate with Sales to consolidate assumptions.
Lead forecast reviews, leadership presentations, and alignment meetings.
Own Month-End Sales reporting, with analysis of actual vs forecast and management commentary.
Own and coordinate Sales reporting to the Power Tools Headquarters; deliver recurring and ad hoc reports.
Own and deliver Net Sales, Price Change, and exchange-rate reporting and analysis.
Identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities; translate data into insights for Sales leadership.
Continuously improve forecasting, reporting, and analytics processes for accuracy and efficiency.
