Job summary

The FP&A Manager for Bosch Home Comfort North America will own complex financial models, lead annual operating plans and monthly forecasts, and partner with commercial and operational teams to drive strategic decisions.

Reporting to the Head of FP&A, this role manages 2–3 direct reports and requires advanced Excel, SAP ECC/S4HANA, SAP BPC/Anaplan, and Power BI skills to deliver executive dashboards and actionable insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
5–7 years of FP&A or finance experience with complex forecasting and modeling.
Advanced Excel and financial modelling; multi-scenario capability.
Hands-on experience with SAP ECC/S4HANA and planning tools (BPC, Anaplan).
Strong ability to communicate financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and refinement of the annual operating plan and monthly forecasting processes.
Build and own sophisticated financial models to support long-range planning and business cases.
Drive variance analysis with a focus on insights and business narrative for leadership.
Own KPIs including EBIT and NWC, and support AME and Global Bridges.
Develop executive dashboards and presentations; coordinate with Controlling team.
Identify FP&A process improvements and automation using Power BI, SAP BPC, and Excel.
