Job summary

Xactly Corporation is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the finance team with understanding, modeling and measuring the business. You will analyze key metrics using source data, forecast expenses, and create budgets, partnering with executives to improve visibility and decision-making.

You’ll develop new metrics, implement processes for consistent reporting, and present KPIs to senior management in monthly summaries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics with 2+ years of finance related experience.
• Experience with ERP/Planning Systems (Adaptive Planning/Workday a plus).
• Customer driven, collaborative, business-oriented approach.
• Ability to work with a high sense of urgency and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong initiative and interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Resourceful, innovative mindset to learn new tools/tech to solve problems.
• Advanced Excel formulas and modeling (SQL is a plus).
• Experience working with business intelligence and modeling tools.
• Experience leveraging AI in finance modeling and analysis.
• Experience within SaaS and/or Software industry is a plus.
