RevSpring, Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst to support planning, forecasting, reporting, and business performance analysis across the organization.

The role emphasizes strong modeling skills, SaaS metrics, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive strategic growth. You will build forecasting models, analyze variances, and prepare monthly/quarterly reports for management and the Board, while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and insight.

Competenze

• 2+ years in FP&A or related finance roles.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong financial modeling and analytics skills.
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics and reporting concepts.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
• Experience with ERP and planning software preferred.

Mansioni

• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reporting, variance analysis, and insights.
• Support annual budget, forecasts, and long-range planning processes.
• Build forecasting and operating models for income statement, balance sheet, cash flow.
• Analyze SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, net retention) and trends.
• Partner with leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting to finance leadership.
• Assist board presentations and senior management reports.
• Identify variances, risks, and opportunities against plans.
• Support investments, cost analyses, and business cases.
• Leverage AI tools to improve speed and quality of insights.
