Job summary

Swift Navigation is seeking an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to drive annual budgeting, build forecasting models, track KPIs, and provide strategic insights as the business scales. You will optimize FP&A datasets and reporting platforms to deliver timely information for investors, board members, and internal stakeholders.

You will guide the executive team in sound financial decisions, reduce costs, and identify inefficiencies.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of progressively responsible FP&A experience including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Finance/SaaS experience in a high-growth environment preferred.
• Undergraduate degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics; MBA or equivalent strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-term financial plans with accurate models.
• Create automated monthly reporting packages with KPI metrics and visual dashboards.
• Lead forecast reviews with leadership; identify risks and opportunities for profitability.
• Leverage AI and data-driven analysis to improve forecast accuracy.
• Coordinate inputs across management and provide actionable performance analysis.
• Evaluate project profitability, pricing, and ROI for new initiatives.
• Collaborate with Accounting to support monthly close and reporting.
