Job summary

TheKey, LLC is seeking a Manager of FP&A in the United States to lead end-to-end financial planning, forecasting, and governance. You will mentor analysts, optimize reporting, and champion AI-enabled automation to sharpen forecast accuracy and analytical depth across the organization.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, monitor performance against plans, and drive data-backed decisions in a fast-paced environment. The role offers strategic influence and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Six to nine years of FP&A experience with ownership of a full planning process.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with an EPM platform.
• MBA or CPA preferred; experience in private equity-backed environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and forecast end-to-end for assigned teams, meeting deadlines.
• Govern financial models, ensuring accuracy, logic, and relevance.
• Monitor KPIs vs plan and explain variances with actionable insights.
• Identify risks and opportunities; partner with owners to take corrective actions.
• Improve reporting templates, dashboards, and automation; support cross-functional decisions.
• Mentor analysts to raise modeling rigor and analytical communication.
• Lead adoption of AI-enabled workflows across FP&A processes.
