Responsibilities

• Provide functional oversight across the financial and administrative functions of the President's office.
• Lead budget development, submission, and maintenance for the Office of the President and Healthy Communities.
• Coordinate budget, payroll, and other administrative transactions following institutional policies.
• Oversee recruitment communications, interviews, and onboarding; manage position descriptions and performance reviews.
• Coordinate internal contract review and contract system requests.
