Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center is seeking a Program Administrator to design, implement, and manage a comprehensive student-services program. You will identify funding, conduct assessments, and prepare reports while coordinating events and communications for academic programs.

The role requires collaboration across departments, supervision of staff, and involvement in budgeting and grant activities to ensure program success and timely project delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and four (4) years of experience managing or supporting program operations.
• OR a combination of education and/or related experience to equal eight (8) years.
• Direct experience working with medical students in an educational setting.
• Experience in credentialing students in a clinic and hospital setting.

Aufgaben

• Designs, implements and manages an assigned program.
• Identify funding opportunities, conduct program assessments, prepare program reports.
• Oversee and manage program marketing and communications, manage program databases, supervise program staff.
• Plan research activities, coordinate program events, participate in strategic planning, manage program files.
