Job summary

The role independently manages analyses, partners with stakeholders, and helps drive FP&A processes and cross-functional improvements.

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS and 2+ years of analytical or related experience, proficient in Office tools, and comfortable working with Python/SQL/Snowflake.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required to understand business concepts.
• 2+ years analytical and/or related operations experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Detail-oriented problem solver with focus on accuracy, follow-through, and continuous improvement.
• Office Suite proficiency; programming experience (Python/SQL/Snowflake) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sales force territory alignment and placement maintenance
• Call Plan Operations, including TAP Tool process and the SPRINT Call Plan Roll Forward Tool
• Coordinating the annual ABS approval process
• Call Plan activity metrics & ad-hoc reporting
• Develop a deep understanding of department processes, data sets, policies, and interdependencies across Sales Operations and BTS
• Become proficient with Javelin, the Call Plan Roll Forward Engine, PPT and Excel
