AbbVie in the United States seeks a Field Planning & Analytics Senior Analyst to support Immunology field effectiveness through territory alignment, call plan operations, and ABS process coordination. You will independently manage analyses and deliverables, developing knowledge of FP&A processes and collaborating with stakeholders.

The role requires a BA/BS, 2+ years of analytics or related operations experience, and strong attention to detail, with proficiency in Office tools.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required to understand business concepts.
• 2+ years analytical or related operations experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Detail-oriented problem solver with focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with Office Suite; programming knowledge (Python/SQL) optional.
• Knowledge of data, rules, and interdependencies across Sales Operations and BTS.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales force territory alignment and placement maintenance.
• Call Plan Operations including TAP Tool and SPRINT Roll Forward Tool.
• Coordinate the annual ABS approval process.
• Call Plan activity metrics and ad-hoc reporting.
• Develop understanding of department processes and interdependencies across Sales Ops and BTS.
• Proficiency with Javelin mapping tool, Call Plan Roll Forward Engine, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills.
