Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a world-class Field Service Parts Planner to join our team. The Senior Field Service Material Planner has an integral role at Anduril, ensuring the availability of critical maintenance materials, spare parts, and consumables to support asset uptime and operational readiness across our deployed systems.

This hire will be instrumental in signaling and forecasting intermittent demand and in maintaining optimal stock levels with ERP tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field or equivalent.
6+ years in supply chain planning, inventory or MRO planning in fast-paced environments.
Experience solving complex operational challenges with speed and accuracy.
ERP/CRM experience and strong cross-functional collaboration.
Willingness to travel up to 10% and ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and optimize Field Service & MRO inventory to ensure availability.
Collaborate with Field Service, Maintenance, Operations, and Reliability teams.
Develop critical spares lists and stocking strategies for hazard zones.
Design min/max, safety stock, and reorder point strategies for variable demand.
Monitor usage, analyze failure rates, and drive planning improvements.
Identify at-risk materials and mitigate supply disruptions to maintain uptime.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Operations, Deployment, and Procurement teams.
Align Field Service & MRO planning with O&S contract requirements.
Right-size inventory to reduce excess while preventing stockouts.
