Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior ERP & Scheduling Specialist to own material planning and signaling across the full value chain, from raw materials to finished goods shipped to customers.

The role partners with Engineering, Procurement, and Production to align demand with capacity, manage inventory levels, and drive KPI-driven improvements in material availability and on-time delivery. The position offers a US salary range and opportunities in a defense-forward environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Material Planning and/or Supply Planning.
• Advanced analytics with Ai-driven data tools.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and IMS planning.
• Knowledge of FAR-based government material handling.
• Experience creating and optimizing purchase requisitions.
• Lean/Six Sigma in a manufacturing/defense context.

Responsibilities

• Own material planning and signaling for assemblies across the value chain.
• Manage Demand & Supply alignment with cross-functional partners.
• Mitigate shortages and optimize inventory levels.
• Establish KPIs for material availability, schedule attainment, and OTD.
