Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Field Service Parts Planner to own Field Service & MRO inventory strategy across deployed assets. You will forecast demand, set stocking levels, and signal purchasing and maintenance teams on what to acquire, store, or deploy.

The role requires 6+ years in supply chain planning, strong ERP/CRM experience (Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce), and the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Clearance. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
• 6+ years in supply chain planning, inventory or MRO planning.
• Ability to solve complex operational challenges quickly and accurately.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Proactive with multiple priorities and responsibilities.
• Experience with Oracle, NetSuite, and Salesforce ERP/CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of time.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and optimize Field Service & MRO inventory to ensure availability.
• Collaborate with Field Service, Maintenance, Operations, and Reliability teams to anticipate demand.
• Develop and maintain critical spares lists for hazard zone deployments.
• Design min/max, safety stock, and reorder point strategies for intermittent demand.
• Monitor usage, analyze failure rates, and drive improvements in planning.
• Identify at‑risk materials to prevent maintenance delays and stockouts.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Operations, Deployment, and Procurement teams for smooth flow.
• Ensure planning aligns with O&S contract requirements.
• Right‑size inventory to reduce excess and mitigate stockouts.
