Job summary

ARS is seeking a Sales Lead Coordinator to support our in-home sales team. This in-office role will route incoming leads, prioritize opportunities, and coordinate scheduling between customers and sales representatives to drive revenue and efficiency.

The position requires at least 2 years in dispatch or sales coordination, with excellent communication and organizational skills. Background checks and drug screening are required; work schedule includes some weekends with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Dispatch, Customer Services or Sales Coordination roles.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Route incoming sales leads to the appropriate in-home sales representatives based on location, availability and opportunity value.
• Manage and prioritize hot, warm, and cold leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Coordinate scheduling between customers and sales representatives.
• Monitor lead flow and adjust assignments to ensure balanced coverage and productivity.
• Follow up on unsold estimates and open opportunities.
• Communicate with field sales reps to ensure alignment on schedules and expectations.
• Track activity, maintain accurate records, and support reporting needs.
• Provide a high level of customer service through outbound and inbound communication.
