Qualifications

• 1–3 years in scheduling, logistics, sales coordination, or fast-paced customer success role.
• Experience with CRM systems and scheduling software.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain accuracy.
• Detail-oriented with meticulous record-keeping.
• Proficient in standard office applications.
• Experience coordinating in-home appointments.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Scheduling & Dispatching: Own the day-to-day calendar management for in-home appointments, balancing advisor availability, routing, and customer needs.
• Real-Time Problem Solving: Re-route Advisors, move appointments, or fill gaps to minimize downtime.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with Sales Managers and Advisors to communicate changes and cover orphaned appointments.
• Data Integrity & Attention to Detail: Maintain flawless CRM records with 100% accurate details.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and suggest changes to improve field efficiency.
