Job summary

argenx is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to serve as a trusted partner to healthcare providers, supporting patient access across medical and pharmacy benefit channels. You will educate on reimbursement, navigate payer policies, and develop account-specific access strategies within the Bluegrass West area.

In this fast-paced role, you will collaborate with Patient Services, Market Head, and other stakeholders to remove barriers to therapy access and ensure compliant, high-quality provider

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 5+ years of reimbursement experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reimbursement and patient access resource for healthcare providers and staff within the assigned territory.
• Educate customers on patient access, reimbursement, coverage policies, prior authorizations, claims, appeals, billing and coding considerations.
• Develop account-specific access strategies and help providers navigate access barriers in accordance with company policy.
• Manage complex reimbursement issues and escalations, sharing insights to inform business strategy and improve provider and patient experience.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to address access barriers and deliver a consistent customer experience.
• Develop and execute territory plans and use CRM tools, data analytics, and reporting to track performance.
