Zipline is seeking a Field Ops Special Projects Manager in the Dallas–Fort Worth area to lead high-profile partnerships from alignment through launch and ongoing execution. You will coordinate external partners and internal teams to deliver complex initiatives safely, reliably, and on schedule.

You’ll build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, translate objectives into workplans, and oversee readiness, field deployment, and performance tracking across locations.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years leading complex partnerships, strategic programs, or field operations.
• Proven ability to move from strategy to execution and deliver measurable results.
• Experience managing senior external stakeholders and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Own high-profile partnerships end to end, from scoping to launch and review.
• Translate objectives into workplans with milestones, owners, and dependencies.
• Build trusted relationships with partner executives and field teams; establish cadence and escalation paths.
• Align internal stakeholders across commercial, operations, engineering, product, safety, legal, finance, and other functions.
• Lead readiness planning for partner launches, including site readiness, staffing, and training.
• Coordinate field execution across multiple locations and adapt plans to local conditions.
• Identify risks, surface tradeoffs, and drive timely decisions when plans change.
• Lead issue resolution during launch and ongoing operations and keep partners informed.
