Zipline is hiring a Ranger Support Coordinator to lead field operations in the Dallas area. This onsite role manages a growing team of Field Support Technicians responsible for maintaining Zipline’s Zipping Points and delivering rapid customer service.

You will ensure safe, reliable operations, build staffing plans, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements with internal teams. Local travel is required; lifting up to 50 lbs and a valid license are needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in field operations or related technical role.
• Experience leading or managing teams.
• Mechanical aptitude to support field systems and maintenance.
• Ability to make real-time decisions in a fast-changing field.
• Strong communication and customer-first mindset.
• Must reside in or near Dallas and travel locally.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Lead a high-performing team of Field Support Technicians across multiple regions. Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Own daily site readiness, including equipment functionality, inspections, preventive maintenance, cleanliness, organization, and adherence to Zipline standards.
• Build schedules and staffing plans to maintain site coverage while balancing labor with demand.
• Troubleshoot field operational and technical issues and coordinate handoffs with Flight Ops and internal teams.
• Track service levels and field data to identify reliability gaps and maintenance risks.
• Implement process improvements to increase maintenance completion and site reliability.
• Maintain relationships with site partners and resolve issues affecting daily operations.
