Job summary

Base Power Company is seeking a strategic operator to own one of its most important partnerships: installer and electrician capacity. As the primary point of contact, you will represent Base with installer partners and drive success of the relationship, including capacity, unit economics, and quality outcomes.

You will collaborate across Deployments, Launch, Growth, Software, and Hardware to deliver results that matter.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale partnerships in a high-growth environment.
• Electrical engineering experience and acumen.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to coordinate across teams.
• Commercial acumen to structure and sustain win-win outcomes in a B2B2C environment.
• Analytical mindset with comfort using data tools (SQL, dashboards, CRMs).

Responsibilities

• Own and grow installer capacity and partnerships across the country.
• Build trusted relationships with executives and on-the-ground teams.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with partners.
• Manage day-to-day relationship with installer partners.
• Set, track, and deliver against internal targets across Base teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, offerings, and outcomes through data and technology.
