Job summary

Zoom, via its Workvivo employee experience platform, seeks a seasoned Field Marketing professional to drive ABM programs across US accounts, clusters, and scaled motions. You will collaborate with Sales, Sales Development, and Revenue Operations to align activities with revenue goals.

You will own regional calendars, manage budgets, and report on pipeline performance and business impact, traveling regionally within the USA as required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in field marketing, ABM, or integrated marketing in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech.
• Experience executing one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many ABM programs.
• Demonstrated pipeline efficiency and measurable business impact.
• Ability to manage regional marketing budgets and report to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales, Sales Development, and Demand Generation to align field programs with revenue goals.
• Present performance data and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Experience in SaaS, B2B tech, HR tech, or employee experience is preferred.
• Willingness to travel regionally within the USA for field programs.

Responsibilities

• Executing tiered account-based field marketing programs across strategic US accounts, account clusters, and broader market segments.
• Building and managing regional field calendars in partnership with Sales and Sales Development leadership.
• Owning pipeline generation and acceleration for the USA region, reporting performance.
• Managing regional field and events budgets, optimizing for pipeline efficiency and ROI.
• Partnering with Sales Development, Sales, and Revenue Operations for coordinated follow-up and attribution.
