Job summary

NCR Voyix seeks a Senior Employee and Labor Relations Specialist to join our Mexico City team, supporting LATAM operations. The role focuses on implementing labor relations policies, advising leaders, and driving performance processes across the organization.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years in ER, deep LATAM labor law knowledge, and strong investigative and communication skills. Experience in a union environment is preferred, with an emphasis on discretion and data-driven HR practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in employee and labor relations or similar HR role.
• In-depth knowledge of LATAM labor laws and regulations.
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.

NCR Voyix is seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee and Labor Relations professional to join our team in Mexico City, and support the LATAM region. Senior Employee and Labor Relations Specialist is responsible for and implementing and enhancing employee relations and labor relations policies and procedures that drive business results. They serve as a liaison between the HR department and the business side of the company, providing guidance on labor policies, performance management, employee relations, and organizational change initiatives. This role involves coaching managers on effective expertise practices and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Position Summary

• Provide professional advice on labor matters to leaders and managers.
• Facilitate performance management processes and support organizational change initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
• Monitor and measure existing labor relations procedures and policies.

• Lead and manage employee relations programs, ensuring alignment with company policies and LATAM labor regulations.
• Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and grievances, providing fair and timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases and prepare reports for senior management.
• Experience working in a union environment.
• Handle escalated issues within HR Shared Services that cannot be resolved by HR Representatives, providing overall HR support to employees and managers. This includes all matters under the support of HR that are not resolved in Tier I.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in employee and labor relations or a similar HR role.
• In-depth knowledge of LATAM labor laws and regulations.
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation preferred
