Job summary

NCR Voyix seeks a Senior Employee and Labor Relations Specialist to join our Mexico City team, supporting LATAM operations. The role focuses on implementing labor relations policies, advising leaders, and driving performance processes across the organization.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years in ER, deep LATAM labor law knowledge, and strong investigative and communication skills. Experience in a union environment is preferred, with an emphasis on discretion and data-driven HR practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in employee and labor relations or similar HR role.
• In-depth knowledge of LATAM labor laws and regulations.
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders and managers to implement employee and labor relations policies that support business objectives.
• Provide professional advice on labor matters to leaders and managers.
• Facilitate performance management processes and support organizational change initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
• Monitor and measure existing labor relations procedures and policies.
• Coach managers on effective practices.
• Lead and manage employee relations programs, ensuring alignment with policies and LATAM regulations.
• Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances with fair resolutions.
• Maintain records and prepare reports for senior management.
