The Field Enablement Leader for AWS Specialists & Partners (ASP) partners with ASP Leaders and Field Enablement teams to drive data-driven insights, proactive consultation, and high-velocity execution across a global, matrixed organization.

You will translate partner co-sell priorities into enablement that accelerates revenue, improves ramp time, and elevates field productivity by aligning local efforts with global strategy and leading through influence.

Qualifications

• Experience managing stakeholder relationships at senior levels.
• Ability to translate business priorities into enablement strategy.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end enablement programs.
• Grounded in adult learning principles and sales methodology.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic partnerships with ASP leaders and field teams worldwide.
• Provide guidance and align enablement initiatives with business priorities.
• Analyze field performance data to identify gaps and drive fixes.
• Own end-to-end enablement roadmaps and quarterly updates.
• Collaborate with CoEs to tailor enablement across geographies.
• Define success metrics and report impact to senior leadership.
