Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Field Enablement Leader for AWS Specialists & Partners (ASP) to drive data-driven enablement, advisory support, and high-velocity execution across a global, matrixed organization.

You will partner with ASP leaders, translate priorities into scalable programs, and measure impact on ramp time and win rates. The role operates at scale as an individual contributor with cross-functional remit, guiding end-to-end enablement journeys that accelerate productivity

Qualifications

• Experience in stakeholder management, including influencing executive level global leaders.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), or experience with solution-selling methodologies.
• Track record of designing and leading enablement programs in partnership with senior stakeholders (Sales Leadership, Product, Marketing).

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnership and advisory to ASP Leaders and Field Enablement leadership.
• Business acumen & requirements mapping to inform enablement strategy and solutions.
• Enablement strategy & roadmap with end-to-end execution across matrixed functions.
• Global-local alignment and program execution across ASP and field geographies.
• Cross-functional leadership across Partner/Co-Sell Programs, Product, Marketing, Sales Ops, CoEs.
• Measurement & reporting of program adoption, field behavior change, and business impact.
• Continuous improvement leveraging AI, automation, and new technologies.
