Qualifications

• 5+ years of people management experience.
• 6+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting.
• 7+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• 7+ years of experience working with consulting partners, system integrators, or technology alliances.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a strategy team with clear goals and accountability.
• Set vision and direction for the PGS strategy function to address partner opportunities.
• Gather insights from ASP, Partner, Field, and Customer perspectives to refine focus.
• Qualify initiatives by potential business value and partner impact.
• Drive governance models and playbooks to close gaps and accelerate outcomes.
• Represent PGS in cross-team forums and align leadership to high-impact initiatives.
• Lead annual strategic planning and drive continuous improvement.
