Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Demand Planning professional to develop rolling 3‑month forecasts using statistical models for 150+ SKUs at the depot level across West Branch Traditional Trade. You will partner with sales, marketing and supply chain teams to finalize the short-term demand plan and share it with planners for execution.

You will lead IBP collaboration, improve cross-functional communication, and own the make-to-order and S&OE processes at market level, driving KPI performance

Qualifications

• Excellent problem solving and analytical abilities with data interpretation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Experience in demand planning and supply chain concepts in FMCG/CPG sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop rolling 3-month forecasts using statistical models and inputs for 150+ SKUs.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing and supply partners to finalize the short-term demand plan.
• Lead the IBP process and drive improvements in communication between functions.
• Own Make-to-Order and S&OE processes at market level with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and drive improvements in KPI performance.
