Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Supply Chain Management, Operations or Business Administration.
• Undergraduate student with expected graduation between Dec 2027 and May 2029.
• US work authorization without sponsorship required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain regional demand plans by aggregating inputs from field teams, marketing, and sales to forecast product needs.
• Coordinate supply plans with manufacturing and distribution partners to balance capacity and inventory.
• Analyze forecast accuracy and bias, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Contribute to the S&OP process by presenting data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Monitor inventory levels and service performance to optimize stock availability and reduce obsolescence.
• Collaborate with procurement to translate demand signals into supplier orders.
• Create scenario analyses for potential disruptions and contingency options.
• Prepare reports and dashboards highlighting key supply chain metrics for leadership.
