Job summary
The Lindt & Sprüngli Group is seeking a Demand Planning professional to develop and maintain forecasts for seasonal and Everyday Gift products in the US West region. You will analyze forecast variances, support product launches, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Supply Planning to identify risks and opportunities.
Key duties include maintaining SAP master data, running seasonal reports in Excel, and contributing to S&OP and intercompany planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; 2–5 years in Demand Planning preferred.
- Experience with SAP, SAP APO/IBP, Basware preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills including pivots and lookups.
- Strong analytical and collaboration skills.
- Experience with cross-functional and international teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts for seasonal and Everyday Gift products.
- Analyze forecast variances and adjust based on trends.
- Support new product launches, transitions, and seasonal planning.
- Maintain forecasting master data in SAP.
- Prepare reports for weekly business reviews.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Supply Planning.
- Participate in S&OP/S&OE processes.
- Manage intercompany planning and purchase orders to Lindt subsidiaries.
- Communicate forecast changes to suppliers.
