Job summary

Snack Innovations, Inc. is building a world‑class finance and accounting function and seeks a Demand Planner to anchor our forecast and supply planning.

This role connects shipment data, POS signals, promotions, and customer dynamics into a single forecast used by finance and operations. You will own a rolling 12–18 month forecast at SKU level across retailers, translate demand into inputs for S&OP, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to drive accuracy and inventory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 2–6+ years in demand planning or CPG forecasting.
• Proficiency with Nielsen/IRI data and retailer portals preferred.
• Advanced Excel, pivot tables, and financial/operational modeling.
• Experience in multi‑customer retail environments (grocery, club, etc.).
• Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and own a rolling 12–18 month demand forecast at SKU×retailer level.
• Anchor forecast to POS data and promotional calendars.
• Translate forecast into inputs for financial planning, supply and MRP.
• Lead S&OP cadence and maintain R&O logs.
• Monitor inventory positions and advise on allocation and drawdown planning.
• Analyze category dynamics and support ad‑hoc retail analytics.
