Job summary

JPW Industries seeks a Senior Demand Planner to develop and manage SKU-level demand forecasts across multiple horizons. You will analyze sales trends, research demand drivers, and build statistical forecasts to align supply chain resources with customer demand.

This role requires strong analytical capabilities, experience with forecasting methods, and the ability to drive cross-functional discussion in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales Management, Supply Chain or related field is required.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Forecasting, Demand Planning, or SIOP.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel is required.
• Proficiency with MS Power BI and SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons.
• Review historical sales trends and demand drivers to create forecast data.
• Coordinate cross-functional research to reconcile variances and refine the forecast model.
• Interact with Sales, Engineering, Channel, Product Management and Finance to understand drivers.
• Maintain forecast profiles in SCP 4.0 and report KPIs monthly.
• Prepare data findings for monthly demand meetings and SIOP process.
