Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst, Account Management to support Financial Institution clients in Spain. You will drive client engagement, sales effectiveness and growth by coordinating cross-functional teams and developing client strategies.

You will use data and performance insights to identify opportunities, risks, and recommendations, while building strong relationships with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, sales, fintech, banking or financial services.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and commercial skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to create executive presentations.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
• Highly organized and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; understanding of the Spanish banking/payments market is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end account management: drive client engagement, opportunity development and sales pipeline oversight.
• Prepare client meeting materials, track opportunities and follow up on actions.
• Develop account strategies, commercial proposals, business plans and client-facing materials.
• Translate data and insights into clear recommendations for leadership and clients.
• Collaborate with product, services, marketing, operations and finance to deliver commitments.
• Maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders; support executive meetings.
• Support project management of strategic initiatives and ensure timely delivery.
