Mastercard Data & Services Spain is seeking a Senior Managing Consultant to drive growth in the Spain market by developing partnerships with flagship financial institutions, merchants, fintechs and government around payment solutions.

You will lead strategic initiatives, tailor solutions from the Data & Services capabilities, and build senior-level client relationships to advance sales opportunities. This role requires fluency in Spanish and English and a strong consulting background.

Formación

• Experience from a top-rated consulting or digital firm desirable.
• Payments/banking expertise and executive-level engagement with financial institutions.
• Spanish and English language proficiency required.
• Undergraduate degree required.
• Strong commercial sense and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Strong analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Shape Data & Services growth strategy in Spain and execute against that strategy.
• Identify critical aspects of a problem Client or market is facing to determine new business opportunities.
• Leverage Mastercard Data & Services capabilities to create customized solutions for clients.
• Write well-structured, persuasive proposals and present to clients.
• Develop strong relationships with senior client management.
• Align efforts with Mastercard core team for sales success and leadership alignment.
• Partner with local project teams to ensure project quality and follow-up sales opportunities.
